Veloso Coffee embodies the union of the Santa Cecília, Santa Rita, and Palmeira complexes. These three producer complexes are primarily dedicated to coffee production, with the Palmeira complex also engaging in grain cultivation.
The soil across the Santa Rita complex is predominantly yellow latosol, though the Boa Esperança farm features areas with a reddish soil composition. This farm hosts the main experimental field for exotic coffee varieties.
The farm is equipped with its own administrative base, a small repair workshop, a warehouse, and a water reservoir, with the entire property benefiting from drip and fertigation irrigation systems.
